Returns & Exchanges

We understand mistakes happen, the article of clothing you purchase just may not fit, or might not be what you expected. We'll make every effort to ensure you're satisfied ith your purchase. 

• Return items within 30 days of purchase
• Returned clothing has to be unused, unwashed with tags still attached
• Unfortunately we can not accept returns of shorts, bib-shorts - or anything with a chamois
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return and exchange process - including duties or brokerage fees for international customers.
• Products that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

Payments & Checkout

1. When you are ready to checkout, navigate to our cart checkout by clicking your order total in the top right corner of the website. 
2. From the cart click checkout and you are directed to Shopify's common checkout screen where you input your billing and shipping address info. 
3. From the Shopify checkout screen you get directed to Paypal for final payment. You will know you're at the right place if you see our store logo at the top of the Paypal payment website. When you finish up here, that's it, you're done. You can come back to the store or visit the team site to read up on what the guys have been up to lately

When you shop with us you will send payment to : Cycle Sport Management Inc. Your credit card statement will also indicate: Paypal:cycle sport management inc. 

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

For a limited time we are offering free shipping to Canadian customers on orders over $100. For Canadian orders we charge GST or HST where applicable. Taxes are calculated during your checkout based on your billing address. We do not charge tax to international customers, however upon arrival you maybe required to pay duties or brokerage fees levied by the shipper (FedEx, UPS or national mail carrier). Our standard shipping fees are:

• Free for Canadian orders over $100
• $5 for Canadian orders under $100 and less than 5kg
• $20 for Canadian orders over 5kg
• $20 for international orders (including USA and all other countries)
